EXCHANGES: If the boots or shoes you have ordered do not fit, you can send them back providing you have not worn them outside and they are being sent back in a clean and unused condition with tags still attached. You are responsible for the cost of shipping them back to us, and we will pay the cost of shipping the exchanged pair back to you. If the required size is not in stock, or otherwise unavailable, we may suggest an alternative or provide a full refund of your original purchase price including shipping.
RETURNS: If the boots or shoes do not fit the way you want or you are not satisfied with the product itself, you can return them providing you have not worn them outside and they are being sent back in a clean and unused condition with tags still attached. You are responsible for the cost of shipping them back to us and then we will provide a full refund of your original purchase price less any original shipping costs. Returns received in a used or dirty condition without tags attached will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
NOTE: We will accept returns and exchanges on products within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please ship your exchange within seven days. If we have sent you a size or style that you did not order, we will pay for the return freight cost of the boots/shoes and will send you the correct item.
